Dr. Aziz Bora Durmaz graduated as the top of his class from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2014.

He completed his master’s degree at Oxford University Faculty of Law in 2015. His thesis, titled "Acquisition of Own Shares by Joint Stock Companies," was accepted in 2023, earning him the title of Doctor.

He is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and The Law Society (UK).
